What to Include
For faster support, include:
- Your in-app User ID from Settings.
- Your device model and iOS version.
- A short description of the issue.
- Whether the issue involves purchase, restore, upload, generation, save, or share.
Purchase and Restore Issues
Subscriptions and coin purchases are processed by Apple. If a purchase does not unlock immediately, open Danzify and use Restore from the paywall or purchase screen. For App Store refunds, use Apple's refund process.
Data Deletion Requests
To request deletion of Danzify data associated with your account or device, email shan.shiva@icloud.com and include your in-app User ID from Settings. Some records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or App Store compliance reasons.
Copyright Complaints
If you believe content available through Danzify infringes your copyright or other rights, email shan.shiva@icloud.com with enough detail for us to identify the content and review the request.
